Today started off like many others, woken up rudely at the crack of midday, go to the bathroom to wash and when I come back I'm told we're leaving to go and play badminton in 10 minutes. Neither myself or my mum are particularly good so whenever one of us actually did a good hit the shock we went into made it possible for the other to win instantly.

After that I came home to find that all the left shoes in the house had disappeared and it took quite a while for the three disgruntled females to hunt for them while the men sat giggling in the living room. I think we have James to thank for that one.

Almost as amusing was watching 4 teenagers attempting to eat lobster yesterday with one refusing to look at it, one naming them, one animating it with a fork and the other tipping cheese sauce all over it. In the end, when I panicked after breaking a rib, Richard ate everyones left overs and we ate baguettes with margarine.

It's been an interesting week....
